"The hotel is overall good and well located, which makes it a convenient option for getting around. The staff is friendly and the general condition of the facilities is good. However, there is one serious issue: the floor tends to get wet if the air conditioning is not set to a very cold temperature, which can be uncomfortable and even unsafe. In addition, the breakfast is quite poor, with very limited options and not much variety. Aside from these points, the rest of the experience was good."

"This was perfect for us. We loved the property and the animals. The location was great with a short walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous horseback riding adventure with Reuben. A simple breakfast was provided. They had lots of beach stuff available to use like chairs, mats, snorkeling gear, bug spray, lotion. We would definitely stay here again!"
