"I received a $70 charge for a “stained towel” my son got some Gatorade on a towel. That in no way should be a charge let alone $70! Hoping they will make it right but when I talked to the people at the front desk no manager was on duty and couldn’t help me."

The room was outdated, had a terrible odor as soon as we walked in, and the beds did not appear to be clean. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and was not the quality we expected. "The hotel property is in a great location, just off of the square. The rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast basket delivery in the mornings was also very convenient, and the pastries, fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt and coffee was just enough to get the day started."

Thankfully, after speaking with management the next day, they were very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix the issue. After that, everything was smooth sailing. "The room was a bit tired looking and smelled heavily of Febreze. There was an okay little kitchenette but you have to pay to have any utensils. Refrigerator was useful, though. On the whole, the property needs a bit of TLC."
