"I had a wonderful stay"

"Would have given a 5 star rating but the lights in the room didn’t change colors and the shower didn’t work all the way!"

"I have a family of 7 & the room we had was spacious for us all. There was a small stain on 1 out of the 8 pillows that were on the bed. I just simply removed the pillow casing off of it. 1 of the towels had a stsin as well. A stain that wouldn't come out if you washed it. We simply just didn't use that towel. No biggie."

"You could smell it in the air; the room was recently cleaned. The bed and array of pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, private parking gave it the "safe space" feel and the air conditioner did an A-1 job in keeping the room comfortable. We are both elders, they put us on the ground level, but no outside noise or any from inside. Our stay was very restful!"

"This is our third stay (last year and this one). Although we haven’t ask for it, we have been given the same room each time!!! That’s okay, we don’t mind that is just an unusual coincidence. Parking is easy. Easy access for coming and going. The staff is cordial. The morning breakfast bar is excellent. The same lady has been working and she is wonderful. The only annoying thing is the morning cleaning staff. They have to start early and they talk loudly in the hallway outside the room while we are sleeping. (Please do not let anyone lose a job because of this) "

"Overall this hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the airport. The beds are very comfortable and the room is nice and spacious. Everything was great but the reason for my 3 star rating is because the hotel room did not have a real bathroom door. It has a sliding barn door that does not lock. The toilet did have a separate door that fully closed thankfully, but not having a locking bathroom door is problematic if you’re traveling with family members, which I was. Also, the bathroom mirror light could not be turned off, and since there’s no door, the light seeped into the room and made it very hard to sleep. I had to cover the mirror with towels which only kind of helped. This may not be a big deal to some, but I think people should know before booking so they can bring an eye mask or something. And know there’s very little bathroom privacy, so plan accordingly if traveling with family or friends. "
