"Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, room temperature comfortable, blow dryer adequate. Location great! Short distance to train station made it easy to travel. Train station offered lots of food variety. Several food options outside the train station. Nice hotel bar."

"There is no registration desk, no well-informed staff to help travelers. Check-in is contact-free - at a computer kiosk. You have to enter your passport number etc, then process a card (from a stack of cards by the kiosk) to get your key card. A long process if you are jet lagged. The room was clean and small, but dark with a lot of black including black drapes, furniture, lampshades. Too dark for me. The best thing is location close to main train station. Breakfast appeard to be overpriced - we ate at the train station."

"Room linen had a bit of dust. I had to take my allergy spray. Room was clean but even when we moved the curtains we could see lot of dust particles. Worth giving a thought about this issue. We asked for a kettle and Alexandria kindly assisted us straight away. Except that dust issue, we enjoyed the stay. "
