"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

It had numerous full length windows overlooking the river, which provided a tranquil view of the water and passing boats. We were on the main floor, off of the Library, where every evening, port was set out for the guests, as were fruit and fruit-infused water each morning. "Die tollen Mitarbeiter, die bereits vor der Anreise Kontakt aufgenommen und alles für eine stressfreie Anreise geregelt haben. Das Zimmer sauber uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem liegt es, trotz vielbefahrener Hauptstraße an einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Trevligt rum, mot tyst bakgård. Välstädat. Frukost med allt från overnight osts, bacon, äggröra, pannkakor, fruktsallad och nybakade croissanter. Framförallt dock vill jag framhålla läget och bästa personalen."

"Tuvimos un inconveniente por el desayuno. Al llegar realizamos el check in a eso de las 3am y nos indicaron que no tenías desayuno incluido que si queríamos incluirlo. Pues le indicamos que si. Al otro día nos percatamos que no tendríamos tiempo de poder ir a desuyunar el último día. Por lo que norificamos que no vamos a desayunar ese día. Si respuesta fue que no podían devolvernos el dinero que nos darían el desayuno to-go. Pues al no lograr cancelarlo, lo cual es ilógico, aceptamos. De más...

"This hotel is well located for the station and central Berlin. Easy to get around. Hotel itself is basic , no frills room. Only drawback is description states a King Bed, Reality is two singles side by side with two singe duvets which i"m not a fan off. Nice hotel bar which is 24 hours which is a plus. Would defiantly stay here again though. "
