"I specifically asked for a room that never had any animals in it, I went to take a bath dog hair all in the bathtub. I advised front desk they acted like they couldn't speak English. The older gentleman came towards me aggressively and loudly outside on the ramp in front of the hotel rude and disrespectful. I will NOT ever stay here again. The towles had big holes in them and we're old and stained."

"Served our need - clean room despite renovations, and friendly staff but mattresses are in dire need of replacement (felt like I was sleeping on a cement floor). "
