"Love the place. But, our room was filthy. Trash and dirty sock under the bed. Alot of dust under the microwave. The room had not been vaccumed. I was extremely disappointed."

"Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property."

"I will start with the positive. We got massages and the spa was nice. The massages were good. The steakhouse was wonderful and the manager there, the waitress and the staff throughout Oglebay were really good. Now for the not so good: We were there for our 40th anniversary, which they had in their system, but we were given a room in one of the lodge wings that only had a view of the wall belonging to the next building of rooms.
