"We stayed at this hotel for visiting some nearby family, and we were pleasantly surprised by this property. Compact efficient room, very clean. Our king-size bed was quite comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, surprising for a hotel room. The staff at the lobby was very helpful and addressed our problems quickly and efficiently. The location of the hotel is close to a main bus route, restaurant, grocery store, coffee shop. It was easy to find free parking on the street nearby. This has become our new place to stay when visiting family!"

"Stayed in the studio with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There was plenty of space for 5 people to sleep. Looooots of storage space (several dressers, shelves, handing bar, and more), plus a small kitchenette and a medium sized fridge. No stove in this room, but it did have a microwave and a coffee maker. The furniture was surprisingly in decent shape. Plenty of clean towels in the bathroom, as well as bar soap, shampoo and a shower gel. The note says that rooms are cleaned every other day during your stay. We only stayed for 2 nights, so didn't get to experience that. The staff is very helpful and kind. Parking on site is $55/night. However, you can park in the garage a block away for only $25-35/night (depending on your vehicle size). The subway is a 4–6 minute walk away, which is very convenient. It is about a 20-minute trip to Times Square and about 40 minutes to Battery Park. The only downside was the daily breakfast buffet. There was not much to choose from, and most of it was carbs and sugary items. I am not really complaining because it was complimentary, but I would have been disappointed if I had had to pay for it."
