I tried tiring on the air conditioning in the middle of the night and it was broken! Two of the three shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles had come off of the shower wall and were left on the shower floor. "

"It was a great stay at Hotel Vue. Great location with great services. I will especially thanks Christobal for his exceptional services and another guy from front office (I do not know his name but I think he is the manager as I saw him lead a meeting with the staffs), as well as the housekeeping staffs. Breakfast is very simple but in the morning all I need is a cup of coffee and a toast so it was Ok for me. I certainly will stay there if going to Mountain View again. "

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good as far as places to eat/shop. My room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. I'd stay here again."
