Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Foggy Bottom

"The heater in our room didn’t work for the three day stay. They brought us a space heater. There were three lights in the room. The brightest two were next to the bed at eye level making it difficult to sit in be without the blinding light in your periphery. There was some sort of pipe issue that resulted in a constant ticking in the wall. It took a solid four minutes to get luke warm hot water. I never do reviews but this was super unimpressive for a Marriott."

"Great staff and location. Breakfast was good too!"

"The property is clean and classy throughout. The staff members are all very professional. The responses to my service requests were lacking during this, my third stay, at the Watergate. I had to request coffee pods and body wash three times before they were brought to my room. I also never received the automated message that is useful for texting such requests. In the past I received the text upon check in and conveniently used that text to send in any requests during my stay. This time I had to...

"In general, my wife and I enjoyed the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Better than staff in other hotels we have been to. The room has a coffee machine, which is good. I am a bit surprised that there are no teabags. The other thing is that we experienced short periods of WiFi instability at night."

"I was incorrectly charged extra taxes during my stay and I have been trying to get clarification and refund, unfortunately the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve made multiple calls, and each time I receive a different answer or told is done or someone will follow up but nothing happens. As q customer, I should not have to spend this much time chasing a refund for an error they did. I expected a much higher level of service and customer care. Check your charges !!!!"
