"Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. The bath was thin plastic that popped as you walk on it (to take a shower). The sink was not draining. The mattress was...

Las habitaciones muy limpias y muy luminosas, estuvimos en dos habitaciones diferentes por que ampliamos la estancia una noche mas. El restaurante de lujo, comimos allí los dos días y tanto el trato del personal como la comida genial. "Great location! Super central to wonderful restaurants and major attractions. However, the beds were strange. We received 3 twin beds, 2 of them connected by one bed frame. The walls and floors are thin. We could hear the guests above us and on our floor. I was also charged for ice which I thought was strange. None of the other 2 hotels I stayed at - in Barcelona, and Mallorca, did such a thing. But the location is truly great and Valencia is a beautiful city."

Reservamos un cuarto de 1 cama doble y cuando llegamos nos dieron un cuarto con 3 camas de 1 plaza, fue un poco decepcionante a la hora de dormir con mi esposo. El baño necesita un poco de reparación y deberían considerar un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación."

"The ambiance of the hotel is very special from when you first walk in to the surrounding area. It is so well situated if you want to be in the historic part of Valencia. Everything is within walking distance. The location is also very close to any transit needs you might have. The train station is a 20 minute walk, metro stations close by and many bus options available. I highly recommend it."

"I rarely write any reviews, but this hotel deserves my attention and time. The hotel is sparkling clean, very quiet - no noise. The service was excellent, changing our sheets every day and cleaning our bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant with great food and dissent prices and they serve up to midnight. It has a free parking too. The location is little bit further from Valencia but it was worth driving 20 minutes and sleep in a quiet and clean room. I paid $80 per night with taxes and everything...

"We enjoyed the staff member who checked us in when we arrived. She welcomed us and spoke English with us. She provided us with a map and some helpful suggestions for places to visit, eat and transportation. I called for an extra towel to be added to the room. The staff member brought the towel plus an extra towel up to the room right away. She was very polite and spoke English with me. The staff has been very accommodating with our stay here.
