"The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. "

The views were amazing along with the different activities it gave us a break from the hot beach sun. The condo was unbelievable beautiful. Sitting on the golf course having coffee was the best part of the day for me. My husband wasn’t happy because he didn’t bring his golf clubs."

"We enjoyed our stay. The location is great bc it is right in the heart of everything. Beach is just a very brief walk from the condo, just across the street from the traffic light on the corner. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance; The Track is just a short drive away. There is even a putt-putt course within a very short walking distance. "Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

"The check in process was VERY smooth. Great communication! The condo complex is not a new one, but it's in good condition. Loved the different pools and the proximity of the beach. The location is VERY convenient. Comfortable beds. We LOVED the Sugar Shack snack bar. This is our third visit to Sugar Beach!"

"Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud."
