"The front desk staff were not friendly or interested. Also there must have been something going on in a pipe. Made a growly noise all night. People upstairs were very noisy, baging and dropping things all night. Also didnt inderstand the $7,00 parking fee."

"Charming vintage winery with great history and lovely rooms. The Syrah suite was clean and comfortable. The sunrise in the morning was spectacular. The tasting room is directly below the suite and can be loud but closes around 7 during the week. I don’t think I would stay here during an event unless I was participating in the event. "The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use some updates. The beds are very firm. I was in the business center when a disgruntled customer came in and overheard Ashley (?) respond to the customer in a professional and kind manner. The customer was being ridiculous and she handled it well. "

"Amazing host! I originally booked their other home and the tech in the lock wasn’t working, she gave us a major upgrade of a home and ensured we were well taken care of. 10/10 experience "

"Beautiful property on the winery. Nicely decorated room & large shower. Separate living, kitchenette & bedroom area. The only downside is the room we had had the parking area on one side & the winery tasting room on the other. So we kept our curtains closed. Also the hot tub was dirty. We were looking forward to using it. "

"It really was a sanctuary! I had car troubles on a trip and this was a lovely home away from home. It had everything I needed and then some. I don't even have a dog but I think it's awesome that you have a pet door to the backyard!"
