Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Folkestone

"The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet my first night and the following night I was able to feel a door slam somewhere while laying in bed. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed."

"There is no parking"

"The hotel location is great the hotel is a little old but that adds to the charm, however the staff are outstanding with the breakfast team especially being cheerful smiling all morning. The breakfast was better than we expected, and we will definitely stop her again."

"The room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great for sea view but very dated and needed some repair and update. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep as the room either side of us keep slamming doors all night and arguing"

"You do get what you pay for and by all means this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However, I have to say that I have zero complaints! - lovely staff - clean bed - kettle with coffee and tea provided - beautiful sea views (shower I faced the car park which didn’t bother me) You can hear noise from other rooms, however again this wasn’t an issue for me. If you do have this problem, I’m sure the staff will be happy to help. Thank you Carlton."

"Always a great option, friendly, professional and accomodating staff"

We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today. The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through...

"Room right next door to the stairwell, doors don’t have slow closing so all we could hear all night was slamming door, lift to first floor didn’t work as couldn’t press the number 1 so everyone was using the stairs, worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel to be honest"
