Free parking which is so handy. The room was much better than expected and was clean and comfortable. I think we lucked out on the room we got. Decent for cheap I didn’t really see any staff other than one man who wouldn’t let us in the building after we had returned. We had to get our friend who had already to come home to let us in and then he made us stay so he can check the room was booked for 3 - despite me saying it was booked for 3. In one sense this is good for safety but another sense we were three young girls in early twenties with an older man who was getting aggy with us. But I do understand it’s for safety ? When trying to find a staff at reception to ask about parking no one was there and did not come for ages so we just left it.

The hotel has good parking and a grear location and it is really cheap. The lounge and bar area are pleasant but the rest of the hotel is tired. We had a kettle that had been burnt through the bottom by a cigarette. Quickly replaced but surely it should have been checked? Paper thin walls so the louder residents were audible. Not sure if it's a halfway house for homeless or whether it's where workers stay but they were all loud and smokers...not the best.

I had to stay for a night and it says free parking. This was three weeks ago and I just had a 120 pound parking fine come to me for parking in their carpark. Its a bad place. Dirty, cold and filled with scallywags doing drugs.

I need hair dryer and they need a £20.00 deposit to use their hair dryer.refunded next day..I am 69 yrs. old pensioner and I don't have extra money. ( it really needs urgent updating ) Huge drain pipe across end to end walls-NOT hidden.Kettle no socket next to the coffee table... so I have to drag the chair near the socket so I can plug the the kettle.They told me one of the best rooms they had.

Well. Thin wall, you hear everthing around you and everybody . But if take earplugs you will be sleep like baby. But what you expect for that price . If you want better hotel you have to pay more . Simple

The dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stepped into. It took all of 10 minutes before we had to leave. The entire area of the building our room was in stank of mold and cigarettes, the window barely opening to relieve the smell. The room and corridor were caked in dust, and strings of cobwebs were hanging down over the bed. The entire atmosphere of the place felt unsavoury and unsafe. I told all this to someone at the front desk as we left and they were completely unresponsive, stating there was no manager to speak to. Horrible experience

Room smelt of sewerage. Hallways smelt of weed! Beds very uncomfortable and not even as the floor wasn’t even. Walls paper thin could hear next door snoring as if they were y next to me. Don't bother with breakfast, it's toast, ham and cheese ! Even a reduced rate its not great.

When you get inside the hotel interior is okay. We ask for a ground room since we got kids and NO LIFT he said it was full. so he gave us the third floor. The room smell mouldy and when I woke up Ive got bitten by bed bugs. The bed is awful and it wasn’t even clean. the room heating is not working.

Not the worst, very basic. Strong smell of damp. Bed very bouncy too bouncy. Very echoing. Sorry would not stay again.
