Our issues began the moment we arrived; after checking in, we entered our assigned room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We were forced to take all of our luggage back to reception and wait for them to find us an alternative room. "We had a nice long weekend in B&B InnBrugas. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. It is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center but it was perfect for us as we wanted to stay a bit away from the crowd. The apartment has basic amenities, e.g. no kitchen, only a fridge/minibar but no bottle opener, which would have been nice. "Lovely hotel, great location. We had a fabulous, spacious, family room. The breakfast is fantastic, the pool is lovely and the staff are friendly & helpful. Our sink was leaking from what looked like a previous repair. The window blind wouldn’t close all the way & there was an odd damp smell in the corridors. There are reasons I gave a lower grade but I would stay again if we returned to Bruges."
