"Très bel hôtel, petit et cosy , literie extraordinairement confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est fantastique mais il faut avoir faim (hors d’œuvre, plat d’œufs et desserts ) Seul l’environnement est moche (pas de vue sur le lac, immeubles en béton très miches) et c’est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans les rues je n’ai pas testé le spa "

"Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day."

"Stayed as a couple in early April 2026. Very welcoming and kind staff, spacious clean room with partial lake view and a terrace with nice outdoor seats and table. Shower needs refurbishment - tile grouting refresh and fixing gap in plastic closure that allowed water to leak on the bathroom floor. Not in control of the host, but rooms are not well sound proofed another guest one floor above was walking in the room in high heels around midnight which was quite disturbing, so pack your earplugs....

"Man braucht knapp 30min bis zur Festung ist aber dennoch in der Nähe des Zentrums, was sich über eine längere Straße mit Cafés und Restaurants erstreckt. Die Straße ist etwas ruhiger. Für uns hat die Lokation und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr gut gepasst. Man kommt mit 2 Tür Codes ins Haus und dann ins Zimmer."

"I would not stay here again. Property is clean and new. Staff responsive once we were able to connect. 1) The building is not properly insulated. The tile floors were literally 5 Celsius. 2) no hot water in the shower. 3) the stairs are very dangerous, especially for children. 4) You can hear people in the next room over. 5) they say they offer free parking, they do not. The parking is free street parking offered by the city. 6) I’m guessing they have a camera to watch you when you...
