"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "The hotel is an ancient stone building with all the charm you could ask for. The staff were engaged in being helpful. No lift, so stairs to climb with luggage. Breakfast was entirely satisfactory. Excellent location in the heart of Avignon."

They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 24/7 access to teas, coffees, water and juices. They had a lovely breakfast for us with fresh breads and pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt.
