Sejour en famille

Super sejour, belle vue sur les pistes, appartement grand et confortable avec beaucoup de rangements nous avons apprécié. Les bemols: Moquette au sol super pour attenuer les bruits mais un enfer pour les personnes allergiques à la poussière. L aspirateur est inefficace, notre fils a beaucoup toussé. Et piscine beaucoup trop dosé en chlore , irritations cutanées pour tous le monde après la baignade Super piscine et espace détente ouvert à tous pendant notre periode de vacances, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Bel appartement, spacieux. Proche des pistes. Un peu excentré du centre-ville en montée. Piscine appréciable. Le côté négatif : La taxe de séjour est sous évaluée sur le site. Il n'y a pas de savonette fournie et de kit d'accueil alors qu'il s'agit d'une résidence 4 étoiles

Les 5 lits sont trop durs et 1 lit est trop mou. Le papier de toilette n'est pas fourni. C'est 6 euros pour la laveuse.

Super résidence

Nous avions un duplex 8 pers très confortable. La résidence est idéalement située à 5 min à pied du centre. L appartement était très bien équipé et les draps étaient fournis. Par contre à cause du COVID, pas de dépôt de pain à la réception de la résidence. La boulangerie est à 5 min à pied donc encore acceptable. La Toussuire est une charmante station pour des balades en famille. Pas mal d animations pour petits. Par contre faites vos courses à st jean de maurienne car très peu de choix dans les deux petites supérettes et le triple du prix...Attention remontées mécaniques très chères...

Super !

Malgré le fait d'avoir payé la Wifi celle ci ne fonctionnait pas. Les personnes de l'accueil doivent être résistantes au stress selon moi car quelques minutes passés du côté de la réception montrait des clients mécontents à cause de cela... L'appartement était propre et bien insonorisé et nous avons eu la chance d'être dans le bâtiment de la piscine. Le sauna et le hammam étaient très chauds. La résidence est très bien située (pied des pistes et non loin du centre). Le domaine des Cybelles est exceptionnel. Dommage que vu le prix les lits ne soient pas faits à l'arrivée et qu'il n'y ait pas de kit (éponge, 1 ou 2 pastilles lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle etc...) à notre arrivée.

Good location, great pool, not a hotel

We spent 4 nights at Les hauts de Comborcieres during the Christmas break. The apartment was comfortable. It is very conveniently located near the ski slopes. The pool was really nice too. It is too bad that it closes on Saturdays and that it does not open later at night (it closes at 7:30 pm and it is very crowded in the evening). Les Hauts de Comborcieres is not really a hotel. The apartment is not cleaned daily which was not a problem for us, but we had to take the towels and sheets down to the basement on the last day, and to wait for a person to go check that everyhting was ok before we left. Also check in only starts at 4:30 pm, so if you arrive earlier you have to wait in your car. Wifi is not free. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Adequate accommodation and ideal location. The ski in ski out is brilliant. The rooms were as expected very basic but suitable for our needs. I found the cleanliness fairly disappointing and as we had to clean it before we left, we felt we’d done the job of the housekeepers! Overall we liked the place, give or take a few niggles like the above. We felt the staff let the place down. Quite unhelpful and not so welcoming. We will return though. It seems the resort doesn’t offer much better and the location is what suited us the most

Fantastic location, nice, no frills, basic hotel

We had a great time in La Toussuire for a cycling holiday - the hotel was basic and no frills but clean and comfortable. Check in/out staff were efficient and well organised but not friendly. Be prepared to be given a pack of sheets to make your own bed, do an inventory of contents, clean your apartment thoroughly and have to have it inspected before check out. Strip all beds and take sheets laundry down to the basement etc etc. No toilet roll, cloth, washing up liquid or anything at all in the apartment so take anything you need. Having said that, the bed is comfy, the views are lovely and the location is great. We would return.

Appartement très bien agence Néanmoins accueil très mercantile et attitude anti commerciale suite à problème : en effet, nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude pendant presque 24 heures- la responsable de la residence n a même pas prévenu et lorsque lors de notre départ, nous avons demande un geste de dédommagement ( par exemple ne pas payer parking ou les frais de ménage ... ) , la responsable nous a dit que ce n'était rien et qu on n aurait aucun geste de sa part !!!! Alors que si l on perte ne serait ce qu une petite cuiller on vous facturée 2 euros 50 et que Internet est payant .... Le terme "lagrange prestige " me paraît bien surfait pour une residence ou l on trouve normal de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude pendant 1 jour !

Très bien situé

L’hôtel est bien entretenu, l'accueil et le service en général est agréable et rapide. Les appartement sont de bonne qualité, très bien équipés et bien agencés.L' hotel est situé au centre de la station. Seul bémol serait les prix un peu exagérés de chaque extra (produit entretien ,laverie, etc), notamment internet, surtout pour ce niveau de standing.
