"Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed for 8 nights and with kids. Area is very safe and good for large family. Staff are friendly. Every night they gave us different little surprises (chocolate, cookies, eye packs, serum, hand cream…) food from the restaurant and room service were very good. "

"One of the best hotel stays ever! The service by the staff was amazing. Any request was met with positive, “will do” attitudes. The breakfast was fantastic, the bar service excellent. The hotel is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from several excellent restaurants. My wife and I were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, the location, personal service, and our room. Definitely will be staying here again!"

"Outstanding location in historic building is let down by understaffed and mediocre service. The hotel has no spa, no gym and breakfast area is shared with external guests. Hopelessly understaffed cafe with kind but inadequate service and speed. Communal areas need immediate renovation. "

"Staying at Pavillion de la Reine was such a luxurious treat! We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing.
It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff.
