"We booked this place for our last night of our honeymoon, but when we arrived, we could not even get in. We had never received any information, including any emails, messages, or anything. When we tried to call and text multiple times, over the course of 30 minutes, there was no response. We then had to leave, and find other accommodations at the last minute.
