"The room was disgusting. The bedding, floors, desk, chairs were dirty, spotted, and there was a dirty glass left in the bathroom. We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them. They hotel advertised breakfast with the room but after it it booked you find out it is not included. The hotel will not tell guy where the bus or train station is located. Horrible place to stay!"

"The convenience of being right across the walkway from the train station and the international airport for an early flight out was what we liked about this property. What we also appreciated was the large variety of shops and eating establishments right downstairs."

We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."

There was a very large group of non-Swiss tourists that arrived late in the evening, who were extremely noisy (yelling, slamming doors) until almost midnight, at which point I asked them to be considerate of other guests trying to sleep.
