"Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance."

"The room looked like the pictures with very few blemishes. The only problem we had was the head board was seemingly detached from the bed and the door was hard to close. The amenities were almost non existent. For the amount of the rooms, paying to use outdated washer and dryers were a major turn off. But if this is local owned or small investor, I would say - just make it a provided service for free or non at all...especially if you can't provide quality equipment."

"The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs."

"The lady that checked me in was rude,there was no fridge or microwave,the floors was dirty, couldn't watch anything on the TV, remote was broke,l would not recommend this for anyone,had to get help from the office to open the door when we left and came back because the door would jam😡"

"We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs."

"I was denied my 3 day reservations because I am a resident of Hot Springs! I had never heard of anyone being turned down reservations because you are a resident of the same city. Thankfully the nice people at Expedia are working on getting me a refund."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean however, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. And there were mosquitoes coming into the room because the door wouldn’t shut all the way unless it was locked. One of the staff got me some mosquito spray which helped some. I really enjoyed my stay, being able to sit outside and be so close to the lake."

"The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. "Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights"
