"Loved this quaint, well-equipped motel in the heart of Port Douglas, where everything was in walking distance. The room was large with a nice kitchenette. There was also a barbecue and outdoor kitchen that was well-equipped& laundry room. We may have used this if there weren’t so many great restaurants in town. "First the good points. The property is in a very picturesque location. The grounds are inviting. The area is quiet. The bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. Our stay was a birthday treat for my wife. The price we paid was excessive given that the accomodation is basically similar to a cabin in a caravan park.
