"The rooms are very clean. I had no problem with any of that. We went downstairs and told the manager that the bathroom sink was not draining and he said he would take care of it and he did we got back from where we had gone for the day it was working. We had our breakfast between eight and 11 is they said it would parking was good. We had a great time nice people to deal with."

"The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology"

"Not enough heat"

"The setting is beautiful. I would stay there again. Low score because there needs to be a lot of updating. We had a suite and it was awesome however it looks like it is stuck in the early 80s and is really in need of repair. We advised that the shower wouldn’t stop running water but there was no one there who could fix it. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had. But we loved the spot and the atmosphere. So yes I would stay here again but hope they fix those...

"Didn't like that the bathroom shower had no soap dish or any kind of shelf for shampoos and stuff. The room was very musty smelling even with the A/C on. Room was clean and any staff we did run across was friendly. Don't like the idea if you arrive early they want to charge $35 extra. If the room is empty why? Don't think the price justify's what you get or don't get."

"We had a lovely stay at Stone Hearth Inn! Very quaint place and comfortable, clean accommodations. Beautiful grounds around the property with outside seating to enjoy the fresh air. The dinner we had at the attached “Eatery” was awesome!!! So was the amazingly delicious included breakfast. Vickie was so welcoming and kind. We can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend"
