"We didn't have a place to stay, on a whim we just headed up to the Natural Bridge in VA. We found the Peaks of Otter and decided to go for it. It is an older building but it was done up well and very clean. All the room have a magnificent view of the lake and the grounds are delightful to meander around on . We think it 's "our spot" now. We will be back."

"Staff was great, thanks for the pet-friendly environment. I found a spider on the bed but no biggie.. The room was very clean. Everything else was excellent.. Esp the staff. very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."
