"The pros: Mostly friendly staff. Clean renovated room although the HVAC system brings in a lot of dust. Access to heat or AC in the room was awesome. Safe parking. Great discounts at local restaurants. The cons: The mattresses are horrendous and definitely need to be changed in the near future. No ice machine."

"Restaurant closes after 9pm and is very good with charming staff. Well priced good quality wine list, talented chef. Breakfast in a different room from 8am to 10am runs out of hot food and is a little disappointing for EUR 12. Room was spacious and clean and worth a bathroom upgrade. Parking overnight was great on street."

"This hotel is ideally situated for a stop over in Troyes- just a short walk into the mediaeval centre and its wealth of restaurants, yet quite easy to access from the motorway and the parking though in a public avenue is right in front of the hotel well lit and feels secure- it is also free between 7pm and 9am-we arrived a little before that but the charge was only 1 euro 50. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the welcome and information at reception was very good. (We have a decent level of french so was conducted in french). Breakfast was good with hot options. Most guests were older couples like ourselves. There is a little road noise, but it’s not intrusive. The heating controls in the room were easy to use. We have regular stop overs in Troyes and have stayed in other B&B hotels as they are generally reliable- we will definitely be back to stay in this one."
