Beautiful setting, very welcoming and helpful staff

Amazing view from room and balcony. Great location, very quiet, the building is very well kept. Exceptional.

Great location and attentive host. Stunning and unusual decor. Secure and peaceful building just off a busy Naples Main Street. Good places to eat nearby. Fab for exploring the centre of Naples.

Our stay at this exceptional establishment was truly remarkable. From its upscale ambiance to its impressive amenities, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The breakfast offered was of the highest quality, and what truly stood out was the incredible team, led by Nicolo. Their warm welcome and invaluable guidance on local attractions in and around Naples greatly enhanced our experience (and every recommendation they provided turned out to be on point). This boutique guest house redefines...

I spent two nights in Naples. This was a very nice hotel, close to the famous opera house, Teatro di San Carlo. I had a comfortable spacious room with a great power shower. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A little hidden Gem in the heart of the oldest part of the City. Outside is full of the hustle & bustle of narrow streets and busy piazzas. Inside the hotel is peaceful and tranquil. From the street large wooden doors open to a small quadrangle, with a quaint little lift at the far end. The hotel is situated on the second floor. Inside we were warmly greeted in a cosy lobby. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished in traditional style, with high ceilings and tall shuttered windows. It only...

Fantastic location. Safe, very central and could walk to everything. Lots nearby. Yet very quiet in the room. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room lovely, clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place for a central stay.

Fantastic clear comms on What’s App from the property owner, as our late flights meant we got to the property at midnight. The apartment was immaculate and in a fantastic location. Superb security, the apartment has a supermarket and a pharmacy effectively underneath it. Breakfast is from the bakery at the end of the street, which makes delicious coffee and pastries. 10 min walk to where the cruise ships berth. There’s a taxi rank at the end of the street and remember to quote the municipal...

Great place great location, perfect for what we needed. Right next to the metro station Municipo. Takes you to Garibaldi train station to go to Sorrento, Pompeii. Directly in front to get the ferry. The staff we really helpful Alexandra, Luigi and Noemy. Also received quick responses to any messages we sent. We were able to store our luggage so made full use of our final day. We were given towels to freshen up and a taxi was ordered for us to go back to the airport. Don’t be put off by the...

Great location - issue with shower which was fixed within minutes. just a shame I had my rucksack stolen but the people of Naples were amazing and so helpful when I had to replace essential items. Room was fabulous - definately return.

Lovely breakfast and location. The restaurant for food was also brilliant

We stayed here for one night on our way to the airport after a week on the Amalfi Coast. It is an excellent base to explore the historic heart of Napoli, set as it is on the 4th floor of an old building in the gritty Centro Storico. The accommodation is a welcome surprise and the welcome from Chiara was warm and informative. She organised a transfer to the airport for us the next morning which worked well. As our stay was short we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy breakfast or to use the sauna...

This was our 2nd visit to Naples and this hotel. The hotel is ldeally located in a very nice area of Naples, close to the seafront, ferry and public transport. It's located very close to boutique and designer shopping off all types, lots of bars and restaurants. This is a very lively and sociable area in the evenings, making it really nice to stroll around and enjoy a drink or two. Your also a short walk to the seafront again with lots of restaurants etc. We spent 10 days and visited...

Taxi from airport was €27, hotel got us one back for a fixed €19 fee, might be worth phoning them beforehand if you want to taxi in from airport and maybe get cheaper rate? Located just off main shopping street in a private courtyard with a smallish lift up to the hotel reception on 3rd floor. First impressions very favourable as it was modern and chic with very helpful staff. Well appointed room just by reception, with a good powerful shower. Hot tub on roof is a nice touch although the weather...

needed a last minute room due to flight delays, found this gem, the owner met us at the premises and provided a complimentary mezze board. Superb property, superb service absolutely no complaints whatsoever, wanted to return at the end of our holiday but sadly fully booked.

If there are 6 stars I would give it to Grand Hotel Vesuvio. It has old world charm and elegance with amazing staff that were professional, kind and friendly. The roof top for sunset apertivo is AMAZING. The bedding was top rate, something I am very fussy about. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. The staff are very helpful and the location was handy for getting around

This property was in a perfect location of all amenities walking distance to restaurants museums & metro, Martina our host at the Hotel Toledo LR Collection was an amazing little hotel, Martina was so helpful & friendly always ready to help, when we arrived at the hotel don’t be fooled by the entrance, once you arrive in the main door on the first floor you walk in to a beautiful bright Morden entrance were you are greeted by Martina, the room was spacious, lovely Morden shower room, there is a...

We stayed for a week. A lovely apartment hotel in the middle off the Spanish quarter. WiFi, smart tv and fridge in room . Very clean and would happily book again.
