"Our weekend getaway at The Lodges Sunset Village was excellent. Loved the quaint atmosphere and cozy cabin. It was a great size for 3. Close shops and eateries near by. Staff was accommodating and prompt. The only suggestion I would give is that when providing the cabin number/addresses to the lake side properties to use cabin5 address for all rooms. "This was Labor Day Weekend, so the activities were all of of the property except for a Dog Day for the Humane society., with country music. Over all very quiet"

"It was adequate for a night ; I wouldn't suggest staying any longer than that. The mattresses seemed to be new but were very hard, not good for side sleepers. It is in the process of renovation but has a lot of work still needed, particularly the bathroom. The pool was also out of order. Eat somewhere else. The bar was understaffed with only a single worker acting as both bartender and waiter. Management just stood there givng the poor guy a nasty look without help or direction. Food tasted...
