"The Creekside restaurant has good food, but very understaffed. Take out for dinner was a 90 min wait, and we were not able to place our order ahead with phone call.
Also, front desk staff was inconsistent. I was to get an emailed invoice upon check out, but never received it
2 of the espresso employees at the Mercantile store were not very friendly, and one woman initially charged me incorrectly for my iced mocha, until I questioned the total amount. No apology, not customer service friendly."
