"Peaceful bliss but a great location with lots going on as well. I travelled to a lot of Switzerland from Morgins as a beautiful base. I could easily have spent the day on my hotel balcony drowning on the pure mountain air, listening to the cow bells and the chairlift opposite. Owner & wife delightful and helpful along with great staff. Home cooked evening meals available which were excellent but also lots of restaurants available for a change of scene. "Pros: the room was very clean Cons: there is no air conditioning and air circulation at all and even with the window wide open and a fan going all night at the beginning of October, the room was sweltering. Restaurant : took forever, food was raw and had to be sent back, they rebooked and apologized profusely and gave us a reduction on our bill."

"冷房はありませんが扇風機がありちょうど涼しく過ごせました。"

"C'était un voyage amusant"

The location is a little far from the main attractions, but the hotel provides a free city pass, so I was able to take the bus and explore the surrounding area. I booked a room with a balcony and a full lake view, and it was the best experience I could have asked for in Montreux! The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but it was decent. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My only complaint was that I wanted to...

"The room was clean and tidy, very close to the city center, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful."
