"職員熱心友善，積極關懷住客需要，也主動幫忙推薦餐廳和區內設施。也會每天提示天氣，叮囑帶雨傘或是穿衣的資訊。感覺就像家庭一樣，很窩心也很溫暖。這裡大概是我遇過最親切最賓至如歸的酒店服務了！客房整潔舒適，公共空間也很舒適，整體滿分！十分推薦！下次還是想回來住宿呢！"

"It was a great stay very close to the JR line which was very convenient. i would say the only thing was bad is that i had a window which i couldn't open, also my Room was directly across the smoking patio which i wish was maybe more sealed as evry time some one would open the door for the smoking patio the smell would run into my door which was not very tight and if your washroom vent is on the air would be sucked in to your room from the hall way."

"The room was tiny. It was a double but the way they fit that bed into the corner, I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. The curtain dangled in my face all night. It suited a 1 person, not a couple. We arrived 1 hour before checkin and they charged us $10Aud for early checkin.... the room was ready anyway (?) Breakfast was okay, I've had better."

"A perfectly fine choice if you are looking for a simple, no-fuss stay. The hotel was clean and pleasant, though the room itself was on the smaller side and quite basic. There aren’t many amenities, and the service is very hands-off—not in a bad way, just highly efficient and minimalist. It’s an ideal 'in-and-out' base if you just need a straightforward place to sleep without any faff. We didn’t try the restaurant/cafe, so I can’t comment."

"We found out the fridge was broken when we arrived but the host quickly got that replaced! Location is great and it’s really nice to have the suite (ex. kitchen and laundry) compared to other hotels."

"The room was pretty spacious for Japan. The biggest perks was the washer and dryer in the room and they had a microwave, toaster, freezer and fridgerator in the space. I’d say it’s family friendly and the room was clean. They don’t necessarily offer cleaning daily but you can request for items at the front desk as needed like towels or more toilet paper, etc. It was nice having convent stores so close by, but I’d prefer it a bit closer to a train station.
