"Wonderfully hospitable."

"Property was completely unlocked and empty of people. Had to use posted number on unlocked door to contact an employee who showed up 15 minutes later. Was taken to a dirty unmade bedroom with old and mismatched furniture. Bathroom was 30 yards away with no toiletries and no mirror Water was luc warm. Carpet throughout the building was rhreadbare. After 20 minutes I decided to vacate the hotel due to watching a rat run down the hallway."

"Wonderful hosts - Graham and Sheena are extremely focused on making everyone’s stay memorable. The beds are extremely comfy too! Beautifully kept carriage house in a central spot to visit many gems in the area. Was a very relaxing enjoyable stay! "

"I cannot find anything bad to say about this hotel. The hotel is exclusively run by a family and I give 5 stars for how well it is done by this family. Service, information, willingness to help everyone was just fantastic. It was a great jumping off place to drive to all the locations we visited around the area. I especially liked the cleanliness of this establishment. No other place could compare."

"Optisch natürlich ein Hingucker. Man fühlt sich wie ein König. Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Superior King Suite. Da versprachen die Bilder leider viel mehr als das Zimmer dann gehalten hat. Schon sehr alt, aber irgendwie doch ganz nett. Groß und geräumig. Matratzen waren sehr schlecht, da spürte man die Eisen vom Federkern gewaltig in den Rippen und Schultern. Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch zubereitet, teils Buffet, teils serviert. Lage ist superschön, ein kleiner...

"My single room on second floor was clean, comfortable and quiet....perfect for a good night's sleep. Hotel is well situated, just a 10 minute walk to the train station or a nip around the corner to the Nairn Museum. Breakfast was sufficient...partly self serve, partly hot; but staff was a little scarce so no second cup of coffee was to be found. No gluten free bread, but several GF cereals and plenty of other choices. If I am back that way again, I would rebook but stay for longer."
