Fantastic location. The views are stunning. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.
There is free parking and it's a very safe location, quiet and restful.
All the rooms have air-conditioning and a TV.
There is also a wellness centre. I haven't used it but have seen it and it looks very well maintained.
The restaurant is really good and so is the buffet breakfast, both can be eaten either inside or on the terrace. In the evening whilst eating outside you can watch the sun go down on the...

Friendly, competent staff. Good location for town. Great breakfast which you can also enjoy on the terrace overlooking the gardens towards the Caracalla Spa. The hotel is immaculately clean.
We had garden room 106, which was very nice and spacious. This room has 3 quite high steps between the sleeping area and the entrance where the bathroom is. You can’t see the steps at night unless you put the lights on.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
