"Breakfast area was clean and offered good choices. Breakfast staff helpful. Side entrance door did not lock and would not close properly. Good location but parking lot in poor condition."

"Very great staff who were attentive to my needs but the bar is basically a hit or miss situation I guess it’s depending on how the bartender feels about opening or whatever but the hotel is wonderful "

"Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. Check-in took at least 20 mins, per person in line, and there were many. The man at the desk was unhelpful and uncommunicative. No elevator, confusing signage, and everything dated and dingy. People in front of us asked for an accessible room and were given 2nd floor room with no elevator to get to it. The room was at the end of the hallway and ridiculously small. Bed, pillows and bathroom okay. Didn’t stay for free breakfast because frankly didn’t trust it. "

"Terrible stay. No phone in the room so to contact front desk you had to ring an outside line. No hairdryer...requested 2 times did not receive TV did not work properly...requested 3 time no one came to assist Servicing room...when asked why room not serviced told that it was done on request. Breakfast No bread or toaster for toast."

"Wonderful stay. Beds were just soft enough to enjoy a good nights sleep. Food was what i usually expect. "

"Breakfast staff had an employee on one of the days that was compulsively rude and needed to be told several different times to leave our family alone. This resulted in that staff member spraying tables down and making sure the spray was hitting our family and food at the tables. Tried talking with management was told by a person at the desk they would talk to the employee. Submitted a complaint and received nothing back 6 days later. "
