"If I could give negative stars I would. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Strat and did not expect the issues that we had. We upgraded to a mini suite for a 100.00 more, we expected better Service. 1. The water was too cold in the pool so we could not go in. 2. The drainage in she shower would get clogged real quick and water would over flow. The bed was a king size bed but you could feel the springs in the bed, it was horrible. Our room was next to the utility room so you could hear...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Me encantó mi estancia en el Polo Towers, habitación súper limpia, la cama súper cómoda.
