"Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. "

"I have stayed here multiple times. It has always been my husband and I’s get away spot. This last time we stayed it was unfortunately a different experience. It was so incredibly loud we couldn’t sleep. There were children running around everywhere we went unsupervised by any parents. It made our stay very unpleasant. I myself have children but I would not allow them to disrupt others that way. Especially late at night.
I’d also like to address the salad I got from room service. I paid over $20 for a salad and it was so incredibly small and the lettuce was browning.
Lastly, about an hour after I checked out I realized I forgot an item in the room. I called the front desk and explained the situation and that I live an hour away but my husband was still in the area, if they could please go check for my lost item. They said they couldn’t do that and forwarded me to a lost and found. They wanted me to fill out a form and they would get back to me…. I called back and said can we please have someone just go check the room it was super close to the front desk to begin with. They said I’ll forwarded you to house keeping. Housekeeping didn’t answer. I called back up to the front desk and got another person and it was as easy as okay! Yeah let me check!

"I am really without words. Hotels. Com should be ashamed to even list this place. I had no wifi, therefore I was with television and internet. Fighting in the hallway at 3 am is an awesome way to wake up. If I could have canceled the room I would have.
