"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "

"We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff. All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. "I loved my room a little way too much! I wish I would have stayed in this hotel for more days. I was very impressed with my stay and how close it is to downtown. The only issue I encountered was that the hotel room that I booked included breakfast but the hotel was charging for breakfast. "

"It was a wonderful week. From the clean room, friendly staff, great facilities, fun entertainment shows to the long beautiful beach where we spent most of the day soaking up that beautiful sunshine. The beach was clean and great to walk out to the water for ocean swims. The aqua show and the 80's rocknroll show had great dancers! It was fun to watch. We enjoyed late evenings chilling in your expansive lobby with friends."
