"Our stay was really great. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and were really happy I called ahead to BLOCK the room because they were sold out and we may not have received the room we needed. Felipe was very welcoming at the front desk. All the great cookies were gone before we arrived at 5 so he offered for us to select a treat from the snacks for sale. He also helped us decide on a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was average. It could have been better with pancakes or waffles but we were lucky to get one of the last warm cinnamon buns which made up for it. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very quiet. The accessibility of the bathroom was off. There were no hooks anywhere to hang a towel so you couldn’t dry off before getting into the wheelchair unless you were mobile enough to get up and walk to the counter where the towels were. The amenities in the shower were on the opposite wall far away from the shower seat. And of course the water got all over the floor, not all down the drain. All in all we enjoyed staying there and would again. Parking was steep at $9 but if they can get away with charging it they will do it."

"Very clean room, the staff were all so very attentive, pleasant, and polite, the front desk guy even waved the 20 security deposit cuz it never said anything while booking this company online and I had no money my friend had helped me pay for a room knowing im bouncing place to place right now for to medical emergency. There was enem a lifeguard on duty she was also extremely happy to assist me on anyway she even opens the door for me when the cars didn't work. The only complaint I have is there's no vending machines all the drinks overpriced, this whole idea of having a 20 security fee even after I put no help with coverage for safety and that was only 11 bucks so to find out I had to pay 20 even after I said no do they do that to the people who decline protection or just all of us get it. But whoever that guy was at my location. Just know your kindness didn't go unnoticed and as soon as I'm able to bring you 20 bucks to get you baby for the nice things u did I will I promise. I don't promise unless I plan on keeping it. So I give the place between 3-4 stars pretty good in my book "

"TV DID NOT WORK! I got this reservation for Mount Vernon weekend. All good however, the TV did NOT work. I called the front desk each night and no one answered. So no tv. Ugh! Otherwise. Aok."
