"Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher."

"I booked a room with a walk in shower. I was given a room with bath tub. I fell in a bath tub before when i was younger and it was a painful experience. I called front desk right away to ask why am getting something else than what booked. His response was let me see what i can do and call you back. He never did. I consider this poor customer service. Also yesterday Friday Housekeeping got into my room mid day after knocking once and not waiting to be allowed in. I was in there. I asked for towels and said she should not do the room. When she brought the towels she didnt knock in. She walked in to put the towels and even started picking up trash. I feel my privacy was invaded. Overall not a positive experience."

"I wanted a first floor room but we were told the first floor was for pet owners. Due to our concerns we went to the second floor. I think having an entire floor available for pet owners seems excessive. Perhaps reserving some "Pet Free" rooms for other clientele wanting a first floor room would be a better option for all. "

"We felt right at home the minute we checked in, the attendant was very helpful and gave helpful tips on local restaurants. The room exceeded my expectations, very clean and we enjoyed every second of our staff. Definitely would stay at this location again and recommend it highly to others."
