"Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! "Yes the property is pet friendly! The rooms are clean beds are very soft and u can tell the sheets and bedding are clean to sleep under! The pool is great my kids got to take a dip even tho it wasnt in season (only by a week) so they're really kid friendly as well!!"

"The stuff I met were really nice. The access to the beach is unparalleled. The room could use a full length mirror, headboards, and there was no dish soap to wash dishes by hand. I did see a couple small bugs in the bathroom, but otherwise clean."

"Broken elevator our room was on the 3rd floor with 2 queens when we were supposed to have a king. We stayed one night because it was after 9:30 and the next morning we checked out and moved to a Comfort Inn down the highway "

"Rooms are extremely run down. The pool area was okay but my swimsuit was ruined from the chemicals. I showed it to the staff but they did not want to take responsibility. Dogs are allowed, so watch where you step. Breakfast was just mediocre. I will not stay here again. Oak Island and Southport are amazing! "

"Fabulous location, walkable to the Boardwalk and surrounding restaurants! The room was a good size, nice to have a mini kitchen to do some easy cooking. Nice size refrigerator. Views were amazing!!! (We were on the 3rd floor). Not so great, the floors were dirty. It’s such a small area, why are the floors never CLEAN?!! Porch had 2 chairs, but room accommodates 4, so it would be awesome to have at least 4 chairs so everyone can sit and enjoy the view. And include a small side table. Still, we...
