Check-in was delayed by over an hour because of “issues,” but multiple employees mentioned they always seem to have issues, which wasn’t very reassuring. We also counted at least six other groups in front of us who were still waiting for their rooms and were told they’d be waiting for hours as well, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated situation.
