"Lady at front desk was super nice. Wish I had asked for her name. Booked through Expedia and it listed a sofa bed which we needed with 5 people in our room. No sofa bed. Was told they don’t have any rooms with a sofa but there was a roll away cart. Was maybe from 1976. Haha Shower curtain was dirty. Hair on the bottles that hangin the shower. "There are only a few tables to sit at in the breakfast area (5 tables that sat 4 people per table) and the posted rules state that you are not allowed to take breakfast food to your room. This was a very BIG problem because there was a tour bus group of over 50 guests that wanted breakfast. Some of the travelers had canes, walkers , etc. and there were not tables or chairs for them to use. Suggestion; open an additional dining space when you have large tour groups. Very Poor Planning."

"This place is not safe for seniors with regard to the bathtub/shower. You must step over tub side and there are NO grab bars to steady stepping over tub side or on side of shower wall to help keep from slipping on tub floor when it gets soapy. "For the top hotel in the town, ir didnt justify its rating. Whilst our room was ok, we were told had we booked direct instead of through a booking site we would have had a better room. There was a very nice bar on the roof terrace but had no access for guests with disabilities. You could not make bar purchases without a means of immediate payment. You could not charge to room.
