"It had everything that is needed for a stay"

"I like the mini kitchen but didn't use it. I liked that you could hear the ocean from the room, but didn't like the pool and parking lot being between the hotel and the ocean."

"Clean, nicely appointed lobby and shared spaces. Gym was bigger than usual and had several options. Pool was open but we did t use it. Breakfast was fresh and replenished even though we arrived later. "

"We had an ocean front balcony room that was very nice. It was in very good condition with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was roomy and nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful very accommodating. We also went to the Tiki bar and restaurant. The food was very good. Over all we had a wonderful stay."

"Parking was hectic. We received multiple messages during our stay threatening to tow vehicles that were not in their appropriate space. A car was parked in our assigned space for the entire duration of our stay. Either enforce the parking rules or let guests relax and enjoy their stay within the constant warnings. "

"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. I wouldnt recommend this place for families, but for couples its...

"There is no staffed office! when we arrived it was around 8:00 PM and there were no outdoor lights or lights at the entrance door. We were instructed by phone messages only. When you are over a "certain age" with poor vision this is a big problem. As for the shower...the water only reached the "tepid" temperature while the sink had an abundance of hot water . I know to some these complaints may seem minor but when you are in the "comfort" business little things mean the world. "

"3 night stay. Housekeeping only emptied trash. Didn't change towels, bedding, refresh coffee or kleenex, toilet paper or toiletries. At 8AM we requested an early checkin for 1P instead of 3. Request not responded to until 3P and denied. "

"The breakfast area can get crowded very quickly. Parking can be an issue during season time. The location is excellent. Oceanfront rooms have a great unobstructed view. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are basic but clean. Staff is super helpful"

"Great location and very cute room! I wish there was somewhere on the property for me to put my luggage since the early check-in fee was outrageous, but, other than that, I had a great stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the boardwalk."
