"The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! I had lost my wallet earlier that day and they were able to work with me and were so understanding. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was great the next morning I could swear that maybe one person had ever stayed in my room before me. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in."

"I made the reservation literally minutes before walking back to the counter. I used Expedia. The date was entered for the next day. But the money was paid. This manager had no common sense to let me have a room today that was already paid for. If you can't accommodate your guest outside, the lines a little. You're not very good at your job. It was a typo. Someone who is providing rest for weary travelers should not let this be a reason to provide that. Hopefully you will learn from this, that we're all humans that make mistakes. But you're here to provide a service, which you could not do."

"There was supposed to be a Continental breakfast but we got a to-go bag with a nutrigrain bar, mandarin orange cup and apple juice; NOT what I was expecting. Room smelled damp/musty with flowery deodorizer scent on top. Security hasp was broken, light in the bathroom was without a bulb, broken bath tile and very noisy heat pump requiring earplugs to sleep. Carpet felt damp and popcorn ceiling was peeling in a couple spots near the slider door to the outside. King bed had obvious sagging in the mattress from use; overdue for replacement. "
