"I came down to Jacksonville for 1 night, to watch my son play indoor football. I arrived before 8 am to Jacksonville my family and I tried to go to get breakfast on Mother’s Day and it took us over 3 hours before we sat down to eat. We drove to the hotel and asked for an early check in. The hotel had a large group of kids so it was a bad clean up they had to do. The front desk and housekeeping staff were wonder! "Surrounded by derelict buildings, the property has a bombed out chic vibe. Construction dust is thick and plastic draped everywhere. Staff is apathetic and our room was untouched for 5 days by housekeeping despite requests. This place has deteriorated in 2 years. Avoid!"
