"The hotel room was clean and well appointed. The biggest problem with the hotel is access to the room. We couldn’t park close to unload and there was no easy way to walk to the room. There was no sidewalk and we had to either walk through wet grass or through the graveled “patios” of all the other rooms."

"Carpeting was dirty. No chain or other extra security measure to prevent immediate access to room from outside. Door didn’t seal properly either; daylight around top and doorknob side. No smoke detector, only a hole in the ceiling. Air conditioner was broken, but did provide cool air. Asking for extra pillows & a towel was greeted with great irritation by the manager before being provided. Toilet seat was loose, tried tightening but it didn’t stay tight. After contacting Expedia about these conditions, and they contacted the manager, he came to our room very irritated and told us we had that one chance for a refund and to leave. Very strongly would not recommend staying there."
