"This room was clean and the check-in was simple. The staff was nice and helpful. I was put in a non smoking King (133) and it is not the management's fault, but the person who was in it before me was not respectful and they smoked in the room. I was exhausted and dealt with it, but it did affect my asthma in a bad way. The bed wasn't super comfy, but it was sufficient. "Good place to stop for the night on a long road trip"

"Not convenient. The ice machine was not working in the morning. The WiFi not working. The room was too basic, not pleasant at all."

"Arrived to find the office closed with a hand written note explaining lobby was closed and that you had to inquire at the hotel across the street. That hotel was also closed. Parking lot had bbqs in parking stalls, a kiddie pool in another with absolutely no parking available. We never did get checked in and had to find another hotel for the night."

"Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget."

"Well I had driven 10hrs. The people left their dogs in their rooms And they were barking. Guests yelled in the hallway. My body wash soap and conditioner were out in the shower. The shower towels were not in bathroom. I told them they were great getting me them and by sound of it several rooms did t have them. I felt bad for the staff. The two were wonderful the man helped me to my room. I kept my dogs quiet. The people guests were just flat rude coming into the hotel and no carpet in hallway...

"The condo has been fully updated. What a transformation!! The kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and flooring has all been upgraded. The view of Mount Shasta was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again soon."
