We checked in on the night of Dec 25th. While the location is convenient to the airport, the room was in an appalling state. Upon entering, we were met with a strong smell of urine. It was clear that the cleaning staff had neglected to clean pet urine from under the bed. When we alerted the night staff, the front desk attendant’s response was both dismissive and offensive. He claimed he smelled 'curry' instead of urine—a comment that felt pointedly racial given our Indian background. While he eventually acknowledged the smell and sprayed the room, it was ineffective. He told us he had no other rooms and offered a refund if we wanted to find another hotel at midnight, which was not a realistic option. We were forced to tolerate the smell for the night. While the morning staff was courteous and apologized, the lack of hygiene and the behavior of the night staff is a major concern. If you allow pets, you must maintain professional cleaning standards. We will not be returning.

The room was very nice and well designed. The toilet was a little annoying to flush since it seemed like I had to hold down the handle. The door to the room shook a lot when other peole were leaving their rooms so it rattled a bit, but the atmosphere was still very nice.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Board Games to play in the lobby. Airport Shuttle included and on time for an early flight. Great place to stay if you need a place before an early flight to the airport. A McDonalds is right across the street for a late night food run but there is a full kitchen. No complaints. Perfect for what I needed.

Front desk staff was rude. They did not know how to operate their computer system so we had to run our credit card twice. We were told that we would not be charged twice. Week that was incorrect and we were charged twice. Office manager was unsympathetic and kept telling me that I didn't understand. I understand my bank balance and charges made against it and I was charged twice.

I already paid for my room but due to my bank have trouble with their system me and my kids had to sit in the lobby cause the front desk agent couldn’t charge my card the $100 deposit. I don’t recall her name ( it begins with an “M”) but the woman managing your front desk on Sunday morning was OUTSTANDING!! Things were chaotic with so many of us returning from the cruise port and so many checking out to go to the cruise port. Your front desk manager managed the chaos with more charm and poise than anyone I’ve ever seen. People are often demanding and not always kind but she smiled at everyone and juggled dozens of people like a true pro. I’ve never seen anyone manage so well. She even took care of an elderly couple who weren’t staying there but were confused and somewhat lost. AAA plus!

It was a one woman show at the front desk and she was terrific! Cruisers coming and going, looking for rooms early, looking for a shuttle, she handled it all seamlessly. She even mopped the lobby floor at one point. Give this woman a raise!

Loved that the laundry is complimentary. We had an issue with our toilet which was not resolved until the following day which was rather disappointing since we were told the hotel was sold out. Suggestion: Hire a 24-hr maintenance person because some issues cannot and should not wait.

Would give staff 5 stars but the advertised airport shuttle took two calls and 45 minutes to arrive at airport. Check in lady was very good. Good experience but no breakfast of any kind at all and no place nearby to get any. Bathtub had many large spots where enamel was chipped off and sloppily painted over.

The entire carpet in my room was Wet.! They said it was from the air conditioner. This didn’t allow me to be comfortable. The carpets in the hallways were also wet. And I was told they couldn’t accommodate or compensate me in any way. Would never stay there again.
