My husband and I travel often and regularly stay at luxury hotels, but we have never experienced service like this anywhere else in the United States. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like hotel guests and more like welcomed visitors in someone’s beautiful home.
The entire property is stunning, the rooms and common areas are always spotless, and every detail feels thoughtful. What impressed us most, however, was the genuine care shown by the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The team could arrange activities, reservations, transportation, or anything else we needed, making our vacation completely effortless.
The breakfast service was exceptional, and the staff working at the pool and bar were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made every moment feel special. We also truly appreciated the amazing shuttle drivers, who were always happy to take us to the beach or downtown and made every ride enjoyable.
There were so many thoughtful touches and lovely surprises throughout our stay. True luxury is not only about beautiful rooms and amenities—it is about how a place makes you feel. Pier Sixty-Six made us feel genuinely cared for.
