We got to the hotel an early around 3 before check in at 4 and was told we had to wait and would be added to a queue to get our room cleaned and would be called/emailed. We came back around 4:30 and was told the room still wasn’t ready. We complained and got breakfast and the destination fee waived but it was a little of an inconvenience at the start of our trip. Also didn’t appreciate the front desk staff member asking rudely our last name after asking a clarifying question after just attending to us. Other than that loved the location for its convenience and the very tasty food at the restaurant downstairs with free drinks. The pool is absolutely marvelous as well.

Like how called in advance at 6:30am on Thursday see if room would be ready, was told it would be. Upon arriving at hotel rude front desk agent said room wouldn’t be available yet. That check in was at 3pm but somehow had a more expensive room he wanted to upgrade us too right then and there. Room with two queen beds compared to the king originally booked. If check is at 3pm don’t try to upsell us to a room hours earlier if “rules are the Rules”

Check-in is at 4pm, we do our best to honor early check-in, but this is based on availability and is never garuanteed. Upon your arrival you didn't like the answer of the room not being ready and mistook that for rudeness, we don't allow service of this nature. Secondarily, when offered an alternative that was an upgraded accommodation a fee for the superior room from your basic king reserved is common practice. I hope you might consider granting us another opportunity in the future to arrange an enhanced experience with this information being properly explained to you. We stayed here 1 night. The room was fabulous and it was clean. We clean our rooms & inspect them before we unpack. We didn’t pick up any dirt, dust or smudges. The bed was comfy but they have feather pillows and there flat as pancakes. The bar a great place to hangout and watch a game or you can dine inside or outside. The hotels is also really close to several other restaurants and a Publix market.

We spend one night.. the property is a perfect location.we enjoy walking in the Main Street.Very clean.we had 2 free drinks at bar near the pool at 8th floor.. delicious.. we had breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious and fresh . The room was clean and spacious.. we loved the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back again.

The property was clean, nice pool in a nice area with public parking. A nice area for day & night life. Not walking distance to the beach. Destination fee gives you a few perks but not available at all times. The restaurant had good food. Staff was very nice & polite.

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly enough, but the surrounding businesses (bars) kept going loud past midnight on a workday

Cole went above and beyond to make our stay there amazing!!! Sent up a bottle of champagne to our room to our surprise when we got back to our room thank you so much wonderful hotel!!! 5 stars for sure
