This is located in an upscale gared community with very easy access to I95. The place is cosy, very spacious, and has a modern decor. The host was very clear with communication and i loved the small things they didn't have to do but did, which made all the difference in the world...like the water and cookies ☺️

I like the layout and space of the apt overall. It was stocked with enough utencils and kitchen items. There was a heavy garbage smell at the enterance of the apt. Maybe there is something that can be done to remedy that issue. There also weren't enough bathroom towels. Maybe install blackout curtians. Other than those items we had a noce stay and the apt was fine. Thank You.

The place was mostly clean, however, there were some things to note....missing lights in the kitchen over the counter bar, the blinds in the living room had several missing pieces. Minimal toiletry provided in the bathrooms. There was no bathroom mat provided and when you have a senior staying that can pose a problem so that was a big issue for me. For a 2 bedroom facility, the unit had only 1 TV and that was in the living room, which is unusual in 2026 and for the cost. Another big issue is the unit is next to the railroad tracks and at night there are trains passing just about every 2 hours and they are loud and tend to wake you up. Outside of the train issue, if the other issues addressed it is not a bad place to stay. It is quiet the complex is clean and close to a number of amenities such as restaurants and shops.

The property was nice. However there were no TVs in the bedrooms.Only 2 pans to cook with, small pans. There were a couple of pest in the kitchen. Iykyk. There was a leak in the kitchen coming from the floor. I will say other than that the pool was very nice and the apartment was nice.
